About These Terms

These terms apply when you buy a digital product or book a coaching service from Career in HR at careerinhr.com. By completing checkout, you agree to them. Our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy also apply.

Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. Your coaching service is confirmed once payment is received.

Digital Products

Guides, templates, and packs are delivered as instant downloads after purchase. Because digital files can’t be returned, all digital product sales are final.

If a file won’t open or a download link doesn’t work, email us and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Products are licensed for your personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute them.

Coaching Services

The HR Resume Rewrite includes a 45-minute strategy call on Microsoft Teams, an ATS-friendly version and a designed version of your resume delivered within 7 days of the call, and one round of revisions.

The Live Mock Interview is a 60-minute session on Microsoft Teams, followed by a written scorecard within 48 hours.

Ask an HR Pro is a 30-minute session on Microsoft Teams, followed by a short email with your key takeaways. If you buy the HR Resume Rewrite or Live Mock Interview within 30 days of your Ask an HR Pro session, the $79 you paid is credited toward it. The credit is applied with a one-time code and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sessions take place on weekends on Microsoft Teams. After you buy, you’ll receive a link to choose your time through Microsoft Bookings, plus your intake form. Bundle mock interviews can be scheduled any weekend within 90 days of purchase.

Your Materials

Please send your intake form and requested materials at least 3 days before your session. Materials that arrive late may delay your delivery date.

Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice, or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, may be forfeited.

Refunds for Coaching

You can cancel for a refund any time before your strategy call, mock interview, or Ask an HR Pro session begins, minus payment processing fees. Once a session has taken place, that service is non-refundable. For the Bundle, a completed resume rewrite is valued at $199 when calculating any refund for the unused mock interview.

Revisions

The HR Resume Rewrite includes one round of revisions. Send all your changes in one email within 14 days of delivery, and updated files will be returned within 5 days. Revisions cover wording, order, emphasis, and corrections. A new target role or a full rewrite is a new service.

Confidentiality

Everything you share, including your current employer and job search, is kept confidential and used only to deliver your service. Intake forms and resume files are deleted 12 months after your service is complete, or sooner on request. Sessions are not recorded unless you ask and we both agree.

No Guarantee of Results

Resume and coaching services help you present yourself more effectively, but hiring decisions are made by employers. No interview, job offer, or salary outcome is guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the date of your purchase applies to your order.
